WHAT WE DO:

Automation Resources Group engineers work with clients throughout every phase of automation projects, from conception to long-term support, to ensure projects are completed successfully, on-time and on-budget the first time around.

We are applications engineers. We know automation tools, you know your process. We help you put the two together.

OUR MODEL:

Manufacturers know that the best way to be successful is to have their technology applied properly, sold, and supported by effective applications groups. Our engineering efforts are primarily supported by sales of hardware we apply, allowing us to provide the majority of our support free of charge to our clients.

For longer projects, our engineering consulting time is also available to machine builders on an hourly or project basis.

HOW WE DO IT:

Identify trends in automation technologies: positioning systems, safety, networking, servo and feedback technologies, software development

Understand the problem; help develop machine specifications based on high level project goals (cost, performance, number of machines, development cycle, field support).

Guarantee that the correct technologies are applied to a given application

Come up with a plan: help develop hardware/software implementation plan

Jumpstart the implementation: provide software and systems engineering resources to quickly get our clients to self sufficiency.

Stopgap for contingencies: provide engineering resources for unforeseen circumstances, so ship dates and budgets are met.

Ongoing Support: Provide field support, commissioning assistance, etc
